The SOS team is a group of hosts that are willing to help chatters learn from the ground up. They answer questions on anything from learning to change your avatar and problems with the voice chat to URL's on helping make vplaces chatting fun and easier.

They currently have events three times a week. You will find one if not more members of this team at the Excite Chat Help Desk on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 p.m. EST - 9:00 p.m. EST.
